Our hotel is accessible via a wheelchair-accessible ramp. You’ll find an accessible restroom on the first floor near the restaurant. In addition, all floors are served by a modern elevator.

Directions
Our hotel is located directly in the pedestrian zone, so most navigation systems cannot provide accurate directions. As a reference point, you can enter “Obere Laube 51” into your GPS. Immediately past number 51, there is a right turn onto Paradiesstr., which leads to our hotel.
The authorized access route to the hotel runs along Paradiesstr., which you may use for both entry and exit. To do so, please turn right from Obere Laube onto Paradiesstr. and follow it to Obermarkt. (see map)
Loading and Unloading
In winter, you may park your car in the lot in front of the hotel for 10 minutes while loading or unloading. In summer (when our outdoor terrace is set up), please park your car on Paradiesstr. in front of our terrace (marked in green in the image).
Stopping or parking in the fire lane (marked in red in the image) is prohibited in both winter and summer and is subject to a fine of at least €70.
Parking
You are welcome to inquire about parking through the hotel. We offer a total of 16 parking spaces located between 200 and 500 meters from the hotel in two different parking garages. A room reservation does not guarantee a parking space in the garage. The cost per parking space per night (from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:30 AM on the day of departure) is €14.00.
If all parking spaces through us are already booked, we will be happy to assist you in finding another suitable parking space.
Public parking is available in the following parking garages:

- Augustiner Parkhaus
- Marktstätte
- Döbeleplatz
A bit further away and slightly cheaper:
- Benediktiner Parkhaus (15-minute walk)
- Parkhaus Europabrücke, upper levels (30-minute walk)
Bicycle & E-Bike Charging Station
We offer free, dry, and secure parking for your bikes right at the hotel. We offer:
- 24/7 video surveillance
- A dry parking space
- Locked between 11 PM and 7 AM
- Free charging lockers for e-bikes with individual combination locks for batteries, helmets, gloves...
Our garage has space for about 20–25 bikes. In the summer, the garage can sometimes get full, but reservations are not possible. We generally recommend that you lock your bikes individually.
We assume no responsibility for parked bikes.
