our Nature

We take a responsible approach to the environment here on beautiful Lake Constance:

For nearly ten years, we have been operating an energy-efficient combined heat and power plant and have been reusing the waste heat from our cooling system to heat our water. To conserve valuable energy & and reduce the use of environmentally harmful chemical cleaning products, we now clean the rooms only upon guests’ request. 99% of our guests support this approach. Since 2023, we have had a 21 kWh/peak photovoltaic system installed on one of our roofs. We use the electricity, among other things, to make the air conditioning in the guest rooms nearly CO2-neutral.

In addition, we are committed to the future of our industry by continuing to train young professionals.
